Triple Chocolate Lava Cookie

A cocoa dough — dark and fudgy the whole way through, not chocolate chip with cocoa added — loaded with semi-sweet, dark and white chocolate chips, then stuffed with a white chocolate center that runs when it is warm. Three chocolates in the dough, a molten fourth in the middle. The contrast is the point: break it open and the white spills out against the dark.
