⚠ NEW YORK STATE ONLY
NYC Cookies Co. ships exclusively within New York State. We cannot and do not ship outside of New York State under any circumstances. Orders placed from outside New York State will be automatically refunded in full.
⚠ Out-of-State Orders — Automatic Full Refund
NYC Cookies Co. does not ship outside of New York State. This is a firm and non-negotiable policy. If an order is placed from a shipping address outside of New York State it will be automatically cancelled and refunded in full within 3-5 business days. No exceptions. Please confirm your shipping address is within New York State before placing your order. If you are unsure whether your address qualifies email us at cookiequeen@nyccookiesco.com before ordering.
Overview
NYC Cookies Co. operates on a made-to-order pre-order model. Every box of cookies is baked fresh specifically for your order after payment is received. Because of this all sales are final once an order is placed, payment is confirmed, and baking has begun.
No Refunds After Order Confirmation
Due to the perishable and custom nature of our handmade products we do not accept returns or issue refunds once your order has been confirmed and baking has begun. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping or if you receive the wrong items please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at cookiequeen@nyccookiesco.com with a photo of the issue. We will work with you to make it right — either a replacement order or store credit at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. After 2 hours your order has entered the baking queue and cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation within the window email cookiequeen@nyccookiesco.com immediately with your order number.
Shipping Delays
We ship via FedEx 2-Day and are not responsible for delays caused by FedEx or weather events. If your order is significantly delayed due to a carrier issue please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Allergen Disclaimer
All cookies are produced in a home kitchen that handles common allergens. We are not able to issue refunds for allergen-related concerns if the allergen information was available on our website at the time of purchase. Please review our full allergen page before ordering.
