NYC Cookies Co. ships exclusively within New York State. We cannot and do not ship outside of New York State under any circumstances. Orders placed from outside New York State will be automatically refunded in full.

NYC Cookies Co. ships within New York State ONLY. We do not ship to any other state, territory, or country. This policy is absolute and cannot be overridden under any circumstances. If you place an order with a shipping address outside of New York State your order will be automatically cancelled and fully refunded within 3-5 business days. Before placing your order please confirm your delivery address is located within New York State. Overview
NYC Cookies Co. ships handmade fresh-baked cookies across New York State. Every order is baked to order after payment is confirmed. Please review our shipping schedule and guidelines carefully before placing your order.
Shipping Carrier & Speed
All orders ship via FedEx 2-Day delivery to ensure your cookies arrive fresh. We do not offer standard ground shipping due to the perishable nature of our products.
Shipping Schedule
Orders placed Monday through Thursday ship the same week. Orders placed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday ship the following Monday. We do not ship on weekends or major holidays. You will receive a FedEx tracking number via email once your order ships.
Shipping Minimum & Handling
A minimum order of $65.00 is required for shipping. A 15% handling fee is included in the shipping rate to cover packaging materials required to keep your cookies fresh and protected during transit.
Local Brooklyn Delivery
Local delivery is available within Brooklyn, NY. The flat delivery fee is $8.00 with a minimum order of $45.00. A minimum of 4 hours lead time is required. Same day delivery is available depending on order time. We will contact you to confirm your delivery window after your order is placed.
Packaging
Cookie boxes ship in protective mailers sized specifically for each product. 12-cookie boxes ship in 13x10x2 inch mailers. Gift boxes and brownie orders ship in 9x6x2 inch mailers. All packaging is designed to keep your cookies fresh and intact during shipping.
Order Processing Time
All orders require processing time as every product is baked fresh to order. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be baked, packaged, and handed off to FedEx. We will notify you by email when your order ships.
Shipping Delays
NYC Cookies Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by FedEx, weather events, or circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed please contact us at cookiequeen@nyccookiesco.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at cookiequeen@nyccookiesco.com with a photo of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
