Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using nyccookiesco.com and placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms please do not use our website or services.

Pre-Order Model

NYC Cookies Co. operates exclusively on a pre-order bake-to-order model. No product exists in inventory at the time of purchase. Your cookies are baked fresh after your payment is received and confirmed. Payment is required in full before any order is processed.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within New York State only via FedEx 2-Day delivery. Orders placed Monday through Thursday ship the same week. Orders placed Friday through Sunday ship the following Monday. A minimum order of $65 is required for shipping. Local Brooklyn delivery is available with a minimum order of $45 and a flat fee of $8.00.

Payment

All payments are processed securely through Shopify. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Venmo. No cash orders are accepted. Payment must be completed in full before your order is baked and fulfilled.

Home Kitchen Disclosure

NYC Cookies Co. operates as a New York State Cottage Food business. All products are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets or the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. By placing an order you acknowledge and accept this disclosure.

Allergen Disclosure

All cookies are produced in a home kitchen that handles Milk, Eggs, Wheat/Gluten, Soy, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, and Cinnamon. Cross-contamination is possible. Full allergen information is available at nyccookiesco.com/pages/ingredients-allergen-information. It is the customer's responsibility to review allergen information before placing an order.

Intellectual Property

All content on nyccookiesco.com including the NYC Cookies Co. logo, brand name, product names, photography, and written content is the property of NYC Cookies Co. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

NYC Cookies Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
